^ Yeah but, men target the women with low self esteem, and giv them sweet compliments, once they have them where they want them, they start to abuse that, and make them feel soooo crap abt themselves, Then the woman is stuck because she thinks *no one *will ever want her. Then she lives with this man who abuses her everday, and she basically thinks shes worthless.
I have to agree iwth this. For the girls who have very little self-worth or low self-esteem.... this can happen.....maybe not intentionally. but there are people who can pick up on any insecurity in a person and use it to manipulate that person. Im not saying its all men who do this, or that there are even verymany who do this...but for someone who gets caught in that type of person's trap..its very likely.
Its easier said than done to drag yourself out of this mentality, especially when its the one you've been having for more than half your life.
