So how do you know if an interview has gone well?
At times, an interview can go perfectly well…and you think you got the job, but then you never hear back from em.
(I’m sure the opposite has happened too 
)
For those who went on interviews and subsequently got the job. …do you remember how you felt coming out of the interview?

Sara you can never read the employer’s mind (though you’ll come across hundreds of articles about interviewer’s body language and your chance of winning the job when you Google it)
You can judge your own performance by analyzing your answers and attitude. Right after graduation, i appeared for an interview with a very well known employer in Pakistan , they conducted the second interview on the same day, everything went well, as i have mentioned above they looked contented with my performance, I was even told that the final interview will be with the CFO of the Company and date would be announced later but afterward I couldn’t happen to hear from them

There is no way of knowing unless they offer you the job during or right after that interview.
