Stoppit - there is always one who takes it too far, I guess you're right it's beyond discussion with such a character.
Each to their own - Ishi88 if you feel so strongly about it, just explain to him why you won't shake his hand (if he offers his hand to you that is). If you feel so strongly about it, it won't be difficult to explain why when you are in that situation.
