These men made rules are meant to be broken - Do you fear Allah or fear these goras? Like I said, that's exactly they want from Muslims women to do, be strict on them so next day they'd come wearing short skirts and tank tops... there's nothing to fear but fear it self.
there is no point discussing with someone who makes such a statement.
my brother won't shake hands with women either but he would never say something so ridiculous. even he is aware of the pitfalls though.
