Shame on such people who are forcing her to shake hands with men.. why should she, and why are you telling her something which is not allowed in Islam? My advice to her is to have a body language which will tell other person that you are happy to see him but wont shake hands... be modest about it, you are doing nothing wrong. Allah is with you!
