I was talking about those who try to promote a generalized perception that somehow homosexuals are nice and kind people. Or they are somehow oppressed.

In general yes homosexuals are kind people. a few bad ones doesn’t mean they are all bad. just like a handful of muslim terrorists dont make all muslims bad, do they? using your logic, if any group of people have some bad people, the whole group should be generalized. so how do you like it when muslims are generalized?

In any of my post above I did not generalize against homosexuals being rapists. I said clearly that good and bad people come from all backgrounds.

Accusing even a serial killer of lying about his bad experience with a homosexual is wrong.

On the other hand to say “in general homosexulas are kind” is simply a false propaganda.

So, just as negative generalization is wrong, positive generalization is also wrong in order to glorify a group of people.

But: Both Bella and Southie are so hell bent to refute me, they assume or make up something in their heads …and run with it.

I could have easily written,

“I am not saying ALL homosexuals are not kind and nice”, but didn’t feel the need for it. And both Bella and Southie fell for it.

Generalisations should never happen I agree with you on that, if this guy was straight he would have probably done the same to women. However you are generalising too if you think ALL female abuse is done by men, while the majority of it probably is females are abused by other females too, it can be child abuse or you can even say human trafficking which isn’t solely done by men.

Eg watch any documentary about forced prostitution and the majority of the houses will run by women. Again not to dispute your point about generalisations but just saying you were a bit guilty of doing it yourself.

I got what you said in ur early post. You stated almost all rapes of women done by straight males. You did not state all abuse of women done by straight males. Abuse is such a general term. It is obvious any gender and any orientation can abuse any gender and orientation. Hence I didn’t see any exaggeration or unfair analysis in your post.
