Interview tips anyone!

I know there are some very accomplished guppies on this forum and you must’ve had some great job interviews.
What are some good tips for a professional job interview?
I know about dress-for-success part  but I want to know what kind of body language to use, how to answer questions, what are some of the common things asked and what are the good answers?
Any tip would be greatly appreciated

read my thread entitled 'engineers help me'; it wasnt really a job interview, but the advices some people gave me will help you alot!!

Smile, keep your arms unfolded, don't open your legs too wide (don't know ur sex), a little brown nosing never hurt either.

Just be confident, relax, actually enjoy yourself...I have been on both sides of the interview as an interviewee, and an interviewer. Interviewers can tell right away of you are nervous, and that affects how you answer those behavioral questions.

Its all about selling yourself. Dont mention or focus on stuff on your resume. They have already read it...and if they have any questions about it...they will ask you. You've made the cut...gotten your leg in the door so to speak...so relax...smile...keep things professional but not too stuffy. They are trying to assess your interpersonal skills as well so if your come across as uptight...not a good sign.

Another useful tip is to leverage your career development center if your uni has one. Its a great resource. Mine held mock interviews...where you interviewed with actual recruiters who had volunteered...and the questions and scenarios were from real interviews...after the mock interview...you were critiqued on your performance.
