In job interviews they often tend to ask what are your strengths and weaknesses
What would you say in an interview for the weaknesses part? When you want to be honest but you dont want to say something that will make the other person go “okaaay scratch their name off the list!!”
Just curious to hear what your responses have been if you have ever been asked this question, or what you would ever say were you to be asked

I never use the word 'weakness' if they do, I always answer with ' I believe my areas of development are..'
No to saying 'weaknesses'
Yes to saying 'areas of development'
I can't remember when I have ever been asked that question in an interview though. I go into a trance when interviewing, im not me at all, I have no control over what my mouth spurts out.

I have interviewed alot and whenever the word weakness comes, you want to use it to your advantage. For example, you should say that I'm stubborn, when I don't understand something, i go great lengths to find the out the answer. Or I get too indulged in my work and forget other parts of my life sometimes.
So things that will make you look like a hardworker but could be a weakness. Hope this makes sense
