You have gotten infected with some spyware or trojan , if your virus program is not updated or you have a free virus program then then it can be a virus too.

Each new trojan is dealt in a different way. If your own spyware detector is not taking care of it or not identifying it , try some other spyware detector.

If nothing works just go for a system restore.

I guess that is the best option for you now , make sure you have a clean backup of your personal data like photos , homework files etc.

You have tried the system restore ? It did not work ?
Which computer do you have ?
Which make and model ?
Which Year ?
Do you have system restore disk or did you do it from the system restore partition ?

I guess that kind of restore is not going to help you. You will have to restore it to factory condition. But since you do not know which make and model your computer is , it is hard to restore it to factory condition. For restoring it to factory condition you need restore CDs or in newer computers they create restore partition which has to be used to restore it to factory condition , but each make and model has different method of using that restore partition.

Seems like your computer is a generic computer. Where did you buy it from ?

I just figured that since i’m not able to give much information their was no point so i edited my posts.
