everytime i open my hotmail i get an error message “Internet Explorer cannot open the internet site Sign In… Operation Aborted”
when i click it says this page cannot be displayed
can someone tell me wots rong?

Are you using Internet Explorer 7? Because this seems to be one of their reported bugs.. Do you have any third-party add-ons? Disabling them may do the trick...
If you are indeed using IE, i would recommend trying to open your page with Firefox or Chrome. They are better web browsers to use anyway.

Empty your pc from junk files (temporary system files). Use Antivirus and firewall.
check the connectivity of your pc to router (if you can handle some of advance configuration)
if you are on xp and nothing happens even after all that try..
Try resetting your sock (Internet connection) by using "winsockxp"
Run it once it will do its work and after that it will beep when done. Restart your pc and I hope it will be better.

To do that take off your shoes and smell your socks, if they're not too pungent then IE should work ok :)
