Ah! that explains why there is no post in WA since last evening. 
I suggest all NRI’s to also stay away from the internet as a sign of solidarity with all those Indians who are off-line.

We had a short 10-minute outage here in Dubai and after that the bandwith was very low for a few hours. By the afternoon hours it was back to normal though.
