Safari & Opera are also use as a browser. I have used Safari and its good.

there is chromium which is the base of chrome that you can use to build your own...

Opera. Its somewhever around Chrome rank-wise.
Safari is only good for MacOS.
SeaMonkey was another poor old age browser.
Torch is an extension of Google Chrome.

I used Torch an year ago, but is it ever updated? it seems that chrome is comparatively much faster than torch.
