my chachi makes parathas for her husband’s Int’l food day I was horrified when I heard it, but people at my chacha’s office actually request that she make parathas for them (you know the bandoo khan style).

Parathas have been REALLY popular with my non-desi friends. If you can make those, I’m sure they’ll be a hit.
