Parathas have been REALLY popular with my non-desi friends. If you can make those, I’m sure they’ll be a hit.

Fungo, if the goras are going to eat your concoction, take it easy on veggies in your samosa. Them goras not liking too much veg. Just make up a batch of semi-spicy kheema, buy some spring roll sheets from chinese store, and make kebabs or samosas or whatever sahpe you can manage and bake it in the oven 10 minutes at 300. They will love it.
