...International Night 2005...

Alright people. Shikra is back in action with pictures of International Night 2005. It took place on Saturday night, March 5, 2005. I forgot the theme but who cares. This is my 3rd year at the International Night, 2nd being the President of Pakistani Students Association. I’ve posted the previous years’ pictures as well and these pictures include the cultural display table, performances, and fashion show. I took about 100 pictures but cropping each pic and reducing the quality was a pain everywhere, so this is what I am posting. Hope you like them.

This is a preview: Friday Night. Shikra is dead tired after trying to settle down the arguments among girls. Since we performed a wedding scene, There was only one guy in it (the groom) and rest of girls. LOTS of catfights and guess who got caught in the middle? Yep. The president! Anyway, this is me after a very long day and bunch of settlements of cat fights. A friend took this picture and her camera phone is not that great, as you can see.

ooh, i was the treasurer of our Pakistani club last year. I should have taken pix of our show. We did a desi spoof of friends, and it was pretty horrendous, not funny AT ALL. Yours truly was “moona” aka Monica. :halo: And I was in the fashion show
