yes I remember when media reported on CJ’s award, they never mentioned that he’s the vice president as well. but again, we dont really know yet, if he was actually part of decision making for the award.

I know, but like I said, decision making or not, him being part of the organization really throws the independence of the award out of the window. The thing with being on such a high post (country’s highest judicial authority), one has to be extra careful, so as not to give others an opportunity to voice controversy. In fact, being the vice president of the said organization, he should actually have declined the award when it was being planned internally.
