International Islamic Court

Assalamualaikum.

We all know that nowadays we have so many firkahs in Islam and which is leading
to fighting and killing all the time, why not muslims of the whole world get
together and set up an Int’l Islamic Court headed by 20-50 Int’l recognized
Ulamahs from different countries and debate on what is right and wrong? Every matter related to Islam will be debated and the result should be accepted by all and if not then at least keep their faith to themsevles and no more killing and fighting among us. We should work hard to create a better enviroment for ourselves and our future
generations.

Regards

The day that happens is day when Pakistan becomes a super power :)

Differences will always cause conflicts when you get emotional.

A Muslim's ideas should have an intellectual basis. This way one Muslim understands why another Muslim holds a different opinion to himself or herself. Halaal and Haraam is based on an understanding of Islam.

At the moment many Muslims hold ideas on an emotional basis therefore they cannot prove why something is right or wrong all they think is that what they are doing is absolutely correct and anything different is deviant or even worse, kufr. These Muslims will react very badly to anything different to themselves and invent new things into Islam which support their ideas i.e. referencing to books other than the Qur'an and Ahadith. Halaal and Haraam becomes based on emotion.

An intellectual Muslim's attachment to Islam is stronger because he/she understands why he/she is a Muslim.

I think that only an Islamic state will solve our problems and anything else is just turning us away from this real issue.

I dont know what good an Islamic court would do, because Islam itself doesnt need any decision making. All the decisions for different situations have already been detailed in the Holy Quran and Sunnah. The differences that the different sects in Islam have amongst themselves are religious, but their confrontations are all politically motivated. The killings and random shootings of opposing sects dont have anything to do with how one says their prayers or how they go about acting on Islam. Its all politics, motivated by greed for power. If at all a court is needed, it should be for the eradication of all politicians, who use religious people as tools, and motivate them politically in order to materialize their own gains.
