International Criminal Justice (or Court)

Q1a: In the US presidential debates I have heard that Kerry is for US to comply with International Criminal Justice, while Bush is against. What are the pro’s and con’s of joining vs not joining.
Q1b: Is it a personal stance or a stance based on parties alignment?

Q2: Now that it has been sort of established that Iraq had no WMD and no Al-Qaeeda Link existed, does that make US status of a war criminal just like Saadam’s invasion of Kuwait in 1990/91?

Q3: If ICJ does subpeona US who is tried, the military generals or the US president (I know fully well that this will never happen, but if it were to who would be tried)?

I guess the US is scared that they will be prosecuted, and they will be if they join ICJ or whatever is the correct acronym. In todays NY times there is an article on prison abouse now in Gitmo Cuba.

US needs to be reined in. This has gone on for too long, under their mock democracy and other BS freedom mantras. US is a Devil dressed as an angel.
