A former IB student asked me to post this thread. She is applying to university and they are asking her to send in her IB transcripts. She did not keep her full records and does not know her candidate number (the seven digit one). She has her results sheets but they don’t give this information. How can she find this out? The regional office has not been helpful. They say that she does not need the candidate number but she is missing some other information as well that they would need in the stead of the candidate number.

She can't just go through her highschool?
My highschool sent all my transcripts. They had an IB office where everything was handled and we just called them if there was any problem.
