you are absolutely right but then the absence of a ruling does not necessarily indicate a change in the attitude towards the particular issue for example: you do not have a conversation with your 5 year old son about sex and incest you wait for him to become more mature before you talk about these things with him no? So I believe that the deen was introduced little by little keeping up with the development of the human mind again that does not really indicate that God’s attitude towards things changed he just told us about somethings later when we were able to accept them.
