Don't worry, most Pakistanis know Carribean very well, and are familiar with many of your cities because of their cricket team. :~)

Cricket team of West Indies have only black players, and some ppl are not aware that Between 1845 and 1917, the British transported thousands of Muslim and Hindus from British India to the island. (some may have origin in Pakistan)

FYI, WI team has non-black cricketers as well - atleast 2 of them are Indian (Bharathiya) Origin.
