Is this common among Pashtun culture?
Do they allow their daughter for such marriages?

Re: Intermarriage between Pathan and non-Patahn
In my observation, intermarriage is not very common in our culture. The couple of cases that I've seen where people do marry others involve a Pashtun guy marrying a non-Pashtun girl. Personally, I've never seen the opposite.

Do they treat well non-Pashtun girl?

Yes, they do.
Also, I wanted to add that, in the rare instances that people do marry others, there seems to be a bit of a pattern in who they marry. In general, marrying others is frowned upon but marrying people of certain backgrounds is particularly frowned upon.
