how life cames to a stand still for some ppl, while others dont ever think it can happen to them as well and some are never sure if life is moving or steady.

Life is changing all the time. Yes, sometimes it appears that it is still and jamed but it is just an illusion. Life moves. For some people, it moves like a rabbit, for some people it is same as turtle. It is due to the routine they adopt. Sometimes you get bore of your routine work. You feel dull and weird. See no charm in life. Than my suggestion would be to take a break. If it is possible. If not, than adopt some creative activities. Try to find your best ability. If you see someone’s hobby charming but you cant do the same, dont regret. Try to find your own. This is the way you can get the pleasure and the success.
Play with kids. Laugh at yourself. Try different things. Try to cook. Try to write. Try to keep a pet.
If you are affraid of changes and cant go with rappid waves of life, then I would say try to be realistic. Its reality and reality bites sometimes. Just like nature, it heals your wounds but gives you the most sevre jolts too. So you have to deal with a zeal as you want to get the hold over life. Life is not friendly all the time as we live in this world and not in paradise. Be realistic.
