Seems like India is trying to find some space back into Afghanistan via Tajikistan. India has an airbase right at the border b/w Tajikistan and Afghanistan. There might be an urgency for Indians to resupply their networks inside Afghanistan. All the fake news about Pakistani drones/aircraft over Panjshir seems to be geared toward legitimizing India doing the same from that air base.

I tried to find a bit more about it and looks like Azerbaijan has allegedly given some concessions to Israel to operate in its border areas with Iran in exchange for Israel helping Azerbaijan to avoid US sanctions over its war in Nagorno-Karabakh region. But guess who is behind US sanctions, Israeli lobby! Israel's alleged goal is to bring in ISIS in those border areas to target Iran.

To be blunt, none of these seem like important issues. The lorry driver shortage in UK and energy crisis in China are 100 times more consequential.
Azeribaijan has been chopping civilians up for months now. Taliban for years. Pakistan wants taliban in afghanistan but hates refugees this creates. France is mad they lost billions in diesel submarine sales to Australia that now go to US for nuclear subs. This is not a big deal. France cant offer Aus what the US can - defense against china in the indian ocean.
All of that news affect average people earning their livelihoods in Pakistan. This world looks like an entirely different place when looked from a different point of view.
