No Hinduism does not actively proselytize like abrahamic religions but those who seek out the religions on their own can convert. There are many examples of these converts Ex: Sister Nivedita and Sarmad Kashani the sufi saint who renounced Judaism, briefly converting to Islam and then Hinduism before denouncing all religions.
