No Hinduism does not actively proselytize like abrahamic religions but those who seek out the religions on their own can convert. There are many examples of these converts Ex: Sister Nivedita and Sarmad Kashani the sufi saint who renounced Judaism, briefly converting to Islam and then Hinduism before denouncing all religions.

Sarmad, who got killed by Hazrat Aurangzeb on the charges of being naked in public, converted to Hinduism?
