You hilighted the part talking baout women limited to homes in burqa, thats why we are talking about dress code. In fact, its not about dress code as Malala herself apears in scarf / duppata and she is not against the modest dress code opt by ladies and not imposed on them. It was more about not giving opportunities to our ladies to work, get educated. You tell me, isn’t majority in rural / tribal areas still reluctant to let their ladies to enter in professional fields like males?

She said minorities were attacked giving examples of major victims of intolerance. If I had to written that sentence, I would definitely added Hindus of Sindh.
Why its an indigestible thing for us to read / hear problems that definitely exist in our society? If Malala wrote and pointed out such things in her book, it can’t make her traitor. Tell me, isn’t Quran full of references to the problems and social evils that existed in 7th century Arab society?

Even before I respond do Queer, saying if this was one of the book west had about pakistan, I would not even post in this thread. When its the ONLY book, it sure would present untrue picture of pakistan.

I do agree that it was written out of context, but as far as the thoughts of Malala’s father to handle the matter, I found him more justified than those who start killing innocent people in Ishq e Rasool (SAW).

She presented it as her father view, fair enough.
I do, how ever disagree with the father. Rhudi did not say any thing new, He picked one of the few vary famous topic, among critics. And took a dump on muslims.
His book should not have been reprinted in muslim counties, for the sake of peace, There is nothing more to it.
