On the day of judgment when every single person will come out from the graves to meet with the all mighty Lord (Allah :swt:), every one will be waiting for their judgment. It is said the wait will be so long that people will start getting annoyed of the wait. They will start to see the torment of Hell as they wait. People will be so annoyed that they will forget about going to Hell and start to beg to have the judgment started.
Than people will go to Prophet Adam (AS) to request him to make the DUA so the judgment can be started. Prophet Adam (AS) will make an excuse that he cannot make the DUA. So the people will go to the next prophet and the next and the next and so on until they will reach prophet Muhammad :saw:. Than Prophet Muhammad :saw: will make the DUA which will start the judgment.
Now you all have heard the Azan…I am sure you guys hear it every day…AND also you might also know there is a famous DUA which is said after the Azan(Posted below). It is said if you recite this DUA after every Azan you hear this will on the day of judgment make Prophet Muhammad :saw: intercede for you. His/Her Intercession will become “wajib” on Prophet Muhammad :saw: on the day of judgment.
I would encourage everyone to memorize this DUA and try to recite after every Azan you hear for your own benefit. I have posted the DUA below and its translation. May Allah :swt: guide us in the right path.
