I need to design an E-learning program for my final year project. its a programme to help students to learn about a module of their course. considering im doing a health related degree and my knowledge of computers is good but not THAT good…
so could you please recommend any programs that i can use to design an interactive e-learning educational program? one that is not tooo hard to use…thanks in advance

Do you have any expertise in any programming language like Java, ASP etc.?
If u r not planning to continue in software area, then using some visual tools would be better option.
Other than that, a good starting point would be to look into some Open Source e-Learning software, like following ones:

If you want to design interactive e-learning educational program and also want to run it online then Macromedia Flash is the best option, if you know how to work in Flash you can design almost everything whatever you want in interactive way. You can also make CBT (Computer Based Traning) CD of your educational program and sell it on the same website.. ;)

free fund ka maal is available on net 
There are countless things to learn in Flash so you better first join the course of Macromedia Flash otherwise it is very conphusing

You dont need to do software engineering to design one lesson or a module of e-learning. But, what you MUST do is organize your course material and lay it out in logical sequence of steps / slides.
You may also want to give quiz to your users to test their knowledge about the provided lesson. Once, you have everything in place, such as the text, graphics, quiz questions etc, then you can look for a system to deploy it as a LEARNING OBJECT.
Let me know, once your course material is organized, I have a system in Flash which I programmed a while back that can accommodate variety of Learning Objects, including quizzes.
