Now now now, let’s not just get fixated on the goodness only. Someone like you as in same/similar tics and quirks, the good (which we’re epitome of), the bad (which we rarely acknowledge), and the ugly (which simply doesn’t exist for us) side of us?
Recently had to deal with someone whose social awkwardness, general buffoonery and mindlessness (ok fine! it was not to the same extent as my own) made me realize how much I must irritate people around me. Somehow I was thoroughly convinced that these quirks of mine must be rather endearing:whistling:…ahem…to those who are…err…enduring them. Let’s just say it’s the very opposite feeling.
What are some of your traits that if you had to put up with day in day out then you wouldn’t be too fond of yourself?
is the pink font and rainbow unicorn a consequence of this encounter? but at least you has nice hairs now, deer.
as for topic.. i find people like me fun as long as its not one-on-one. then it gets boring and awkward real fast unless we are partaking in some fun (halal) activity.
I’d have an amazing time with spending time with someone JUST like me, probably because despite our best intentions to meet up, we’d never manage to connect.
We’d both get lost getting there since our sense of direction sucks, if we did manage to get there - we’d both be late getting to where we were going since neither of us owned a watch.
On the other hand, we’d never argue since we’d both defer to each other, lest we offend the other - so it would be a relatively quiet meeting. The one upside - we’d probably both be dressed in head-to-toe purple since it was our favourite colour - so at least we’d appeal to each other esthetically.
if i came across someone exactly like me, i would kill them (or myself?) i know what a nuisance i am to mankind.. there’s not enough space in this world for the two of us.
alternatively, in the short run we would have SO MUCH FUN. can you imagine.. double the mocking and stupid jokes!?

It’s sad but I don’t think my conversations with another me would be too successful. It’s easy to misread me and therefore both of us could very quickly jump to wrong conclusions which would be aided by our short attention spans and the tendency to interrupt others, as well. Way to put my self-image to a reality check! Thanks.

On topic: if I met somebody who was very much like me, I would think the person is not very interested in the conversation. While that would not be the case.
