Re: Inter Press Service News Agency (IPS) reportage on Iraq’s former Pres. & other briefs

“had that been done” being key words, no one really took him on, or qaddafi or any of the monarchs and sheikhs and kings and emirs..

we are oh so concerned aboyt plight of palestinians, but what about plight of others..

second set of key words are ‘honestly and impartially’ which did nto happen this time either.

yeah he is a crook and he should be tried and punished, but this whole topi drama just reaked of politicking..not transparent enough.

ends are okay, the means I am still not too comfortable with

Agree.

Re: Inter Press Service News Agency (IPS) reportage on Iraq's former Pres. & other briefs

US has done what she thought right for herself, if WE - the Muslims - are really worried about our situation then we must do something about it. All we have been doing is cry victim, unfortunately even now many still hold Saddam as dear/hero.... that is a real troubling thing that we have been ignoring. We still have time to rise and put such (current) dictators in place where they belong i.e. prison. Are we good enough to do?

Re: Inter Press Service News Agency (IPS) reportage on Iraq's former Pres. & other briefs

captain the problem is that ppl think of things in black and white, its one of those, well fi i dont like what you are doing, then everything you do is wrong, and anyone who is aooposed to you is good. that is the simplistic approach of ppl that is just annoying.

Re: Inter Press Service News Agency (IPS) reportage on Iraq's former Pres. & other briefs

this is a problem not just with 'people' but with governments as well, should we not remove ANY dictator then?
