Cafe is a place where people come to relax and unwind after a hectic day. I dont know about others but after I come home from a stressful, tiring day from uni (not to mention the crazy amount of hrs i spend studying after uni)...the last thing I want to do is talk about serious issues.

If you want to discuss some serious issues....then there are other forums on GS that may satisfy your hunger for it. Feel free to browse them. :)

I know I will get clobbered, hammered and dantofied for this thread , being a new member of GS . But I see that most popular threads in GS are very lame topics. I do not want to point out any for fear of lifetime animosity. But you should know what I am talking about.
I do not see real topics being popular in these forums.
Like global warming and Pakistan.

How to uplift rural folks of Pakistan .

Can I beg to ask your royal highness then why you bothered to read this thread ?
Also you did not understand your royal highness I am not saying that heavy topics are not discussed here I am saying that they do not get heavy participation.
I am new I am learning the game. Pretty soon your royal highness I will learn and understand this game fully and play it accordingly.

Thanks for your help. I am enjoying . I am having loads of fun. There is so much variety now. The crowd is friendlier than it was a couple of years ago when I joined and was chased away by some stalkers. Those stalkers seem to have been chased away themselves too.

Nahi yaar .. you have a point in your post… but sometimes finding topic is limiting people on what they can say …

You pick an open end topic kind of thread and it goes places .. changes topics from page to page … keeping itself very colorful .. and you can enter any time and say anything …

yaar mirch, out of 35 posts that you have currently, only 13 of them are out of cafe. that’s like 37%. if you are going to judge the “intellect level” of the population of gupshup by the number of posts in certain thread, then i would like you to welcome to cafe please feel free to look around in this forum and don’t worry your pretty little head about what’s going on outside of here.
