I know I will get clobbered, hammered and dantofied for this thread , being a new member of GS . But I see that most popular threads in GS are very lame topics. I do not want to point out any for fear of lifetime animosity. But you should know what I am talking about.
I do not see real topics being popular in these forums.

i think ppl are recovering from serious topic fatigue and horsing around.
u may wantto step into pakistan affairs, religion science and philosophy and culture etc to see some very serious issues being discussed by some very serious people as well as some imbecilles :)

Those types of topics are disscussed elseware on these forums just not in cafe because they're not such topics to discuss were people come to post silly things:D

its not that they are not popular, Lame threads as you’ve just said get more attention because people can unwind and post sill/stupid things, or even things that make you laugh.
