What of insurance biz customer service type jobs?

What geographic area and/or what type of insurance are you looking at. If you are looking for jobs where you get information from people then I would say there are always jobs for such people just because of the high turnover. I know a friend who is doing insurance claim forms but is paid piecemeal out in chicago.
Have you tried applying to Progressive and State farm. They have pretty big customer service centers,
