Never thought I would be posting in the complaints forum but I am curious how my post qualifies as insulting another member ? And why is my response not read in the context of the original post ?
I think you have misunderstood the post. If you read it again, you will realize that I did not insult the member, I just called his posts “stupid”.

Secondly posting PM's is not allowed as they are private messages between two parties. Only if both parties agree can you post.
Thirdly calling someone as living in a cave, posts having no intelligent content and a bigotory and jehadi BS is not insulting. You must have some very different standards of insulting.

1. Yes, I pursued it with the mod concerned and since I did not hear back I decided to post here.
2. I did not know the rule. I have seen infraction related PMs posted here earlier and so decided to post.
3. Was the same logic applied to the other member's post too ? Anyways, if thats the standard for "insulting", I am fine with the infraction. But in that case the other member concerned should have been banned months ago given the language used in ALL his posts. And since I have seen you visiting WA, you probably know that he is not the only one using far more insulting language than what is being considered "insulting" in my post.
Everyone is dealt on a personal basis, how do you know that the mods have not dealt with that particular poster. Just like that poster would have not known our interaction with you if you had not posted the complaint here, similarly you dont know what action has been taken against other posters. Highlighting something in Bold does not make the argument any stronger. we have set rules for the forum and they are applied equally to all. I am sure you have been shown leniency in the past, so have others.
If you wish to take this further you can either PM me or the director.
^ Thats fine. As mentioned in my earlier post, I had already PMed the mod. However, since this did not smell right, and there was no response from the mod I put it out in the complaints/feedback forum.
Whether you want to act on it or not is your prerogative. Feel free to close the thread.
