My big day is almost 10 days ahead
and so i need remedies that work in 10 days!
my feet look horrble with stubborn dark spots
i have tried everything but in vain now i have started
applying almond oil , lemon + salt and I use brush to
scrub…but its not helping me much
dark circles: m tryin to get my full sleep
drink milk 2 times a day drinking plenty of water
avoiding oily fatty food…and sticking to fruits
my complexion is also very dulll I heard of this
daliya + mlik recepie that makes complexion glow
any other advices?
For the best complexion you should carry on getting your 8 glasses (correct me if I'm wrong) of water a day minimum. Also excercising (all I used to do was go on long walks with my mum (for her health, but I'm sure it did me a bit of good) and do 30 mins up and down my stairs a day. And I used to eat Salmon once or twice a week, mainly because I love it, but also cos I read somewhere it was good for the skin. Other than that if you dont exfoliate, you definitely should, and start now, because sometimes exfoliating makes you break out. I use St Ives Apricot Scrub.

for the spots on your feet...lemon juice + glycerin. Scrub using a brush twice a day...morning and night.
dark circles...i got nothin
complexion...get a facial...its a quick pick-me-up and in a few days you see a really nice glow.
Have you been for a facial yet? You should be getting it soon! people say atleast 2 weeks before your wedding
For dark circles I have heard you should get lots of sleep... avoid being in front of tv and computer... use sliced cucumber on your eye 2 times a week... and drink lotss of water!
Other than that, for healthy glow, you should be using uptan... i am sure you can also make that at home.. and rose water is also really good too
