If you dont even have an oven, you can improvise by elevating a thick bottomed frying pan in someway so bottom is not touching the stove, and putting a dome type lid on top to create a dutch oven kind of setup.

hmm… I have oven but not using it at the moment, how about microwave?? wont it work?? your suggestion makes sense though thanks
