I too have felt compelled to give you guys a crash course in sindhi. So heres a few lines you might need to know on your next trip to Larkana.

sotee hujhay saaNh tuh ghaduh goee na karay - A whip in your hand ensures the donkey doesnt go astray
thooka thaee - Shame on you
tunjhi gui may wagoo - Alligators in your bum
mogo matar - dumb guy
dijno goon - scary cat
luci kutto - stray dog
phaatein cho tho? - Why are you yelling?
sassa maraee - May your mother-in-law die.
matho acho thiaee - May your hair become grey (May you live long)
maNhoo thee - Be a man
Hal nikur hithaaN - Get out of here
KaanghRo - skinny guy
Mashkiro - funny man

I’m sure you guys will benefit alot by using these phrases to the locals of interior sindh. Good luck!

To think, I had to take Sindhi classes till 9th grade and the only thing I can remember is counting from 1-20 :bummer:

hika, bah, tre, chaara, punja, chu, sutha, atha, nooh, duh

yhaaran, bhaaran, theran, chodan. pandrhan, solhan, sathran , athran, ooreen,weeeh

Oh god I don’t even think I got this right.
