Not quite just in second generation desis out west, while they may have a Fobia..the transplants have an attitude towards the secind generation desis. As evident in a number of threads in this forum.

It may seem like it here but a lot of your regular fobs have no idea that this bias exists against them until they actually go to the west. Only makes sense that they would end up developing an attitude too.
