For the past few weeks, I have been trouble sleeping on some days. I the begining I thought it was becuz of a personal issue but now thats resolved and my sleeping habits are still horrible. I lay in bed for hours and when I do fall asleep, I keep waking up every so often. Needless to say, the next day, I look like a zombie, dragging myself. And no matter how tired I am by bed time, as soon as I get into bed, sleep runs away
Any suggestions?? No, I do not workout before bedtime or anything. ![]()

yaar, try to fix ur sleeping schedule…raat ko payt bhar k khana kha k soya karo…aur ayat-al-kursi parhti raha karo jab tak neend na ayay..and a warm glass of milk with a teaspoon of honey b4 hittin the bed…

try giong for a walk after dinner.. maybe do a bit of exercise

Also, right before sleep, especially for extended periods, don't stare at a computer monitor or tv. Some study said it makes hte brain thing it's daytime and throws you off. Might help.
Say extra nawafils until you get sleepy or dont know what you are saying anymore, then go to bed. smile
clear your mind, try to empty it of any thoughts, concentrate on nothing and after a whileyou should find going to sleep wont be too hard
also, try to sleep in a quiet place, and stay calm, this usually happens when theres quite a lot going on in your mind

sadzz: yaar i do workout. Usually I am so tired when I go to bed but when I lie down, i keep turning and when i do fall asleep its very restless. :(

Xara: thats what I have been trying to do these days. I live by myself and my place is always quite and no lights on etc. Any ideas on "relaxing" before bedtime and clearing my mind??
