wow, this is one popular subject with guppies. 
So many threads were rotating by various troopers in cafe. Glad to see a serious guppy opening it. Lets hope there will be some discussion in this one worthy enuf.
So what causes it. Many factors.
With some its the case of living in their past ‘hurtful’ doings lol.
Some can’t sleep cuz they’re worried someone will steal their assets if they shut their eyes.
Some crave for cake, so prefer to bake at 1 a.m ..hershey’s perfectly chocolate cake is fantab to make at that hr with double fudge frosting mmmmmmm…
Too curious to hop on GS and peek whats going on so they don’t miss out on the gossip/fights/falsafa
Burning desire to compose those thoughts into random phrases thus producing a master piece of a peom.
Heat burn, indigestion

Enjoying the quiet stillness and the serene solitude of the night
All others are sleeping in the house, finally getting a me-time to watch my movies, reading book, check emails etc etc
yar 24 hrs are just not enough in a day’s span… I protest so much. But insomnia is not for those that self induce it, like you and I, its those that actually have a serious problem not being able to fall asleep due to whatever circumstances they may have.

In case of many their guilty conscious keeps them awake all night. But in the morning they go back to their routine.
