I’ve heard so much about it.. n so many people suffering from it .. but to tell u the truth i havent really figured out wut insomania really is? like i kno our body needs rest everyday n it recovers the energy while we sleep..so if its an automatic mechanism in us… how come sum people suffer from insomania?! wut r the real reasons behind it? n how can we get rid of it?
P.S: No i don’t hav insomania
