‘World community fails in Rohingya crisis’
The World Federation fails to provide humanitarian assistance to Rohingyas in Myanmar, comments International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies chief.
After visiting the Cox’s Bazar Rohingya Refugee Camp, the comment was made by ElhadS S. Sai, in an interview given to British newspaper The Guardian.

The head of the federation chief S. S. Sai has described the humanitarian crisis as unprecedented. He also urged the world leaders to solve this problem politically.

The Myanmar government is obstructing the northern region of Rakhine, where the Rohingya Muslims are accused of murder and rape, many UN agencies including the UN. He said that the Red Cross has the most access to the Rohingyas, but all the responsibilities are not right for the Red Cross only.
