a friend of mine were having this dumb conversation.

and it ticked me off

annyway:

guppy : I will see you tomorrow If I m alive till then

me : you know you act really dumb sometomes :slight_smile:
and shame on you

guppy :everything is decided before you were born,
so saying InshaAllah won t make a difference
go ask somebody.. death is something which was decided
before you were born

me: Thats the dumbest thing I ever heard :slight_smile:

now the annoying part is, I want to expain but don t know how. :konfused:
what do I say to her? :slight_smile: she ll be watching this thread aswell. I don t know if this is the approproate place :slight_smile: but the kids in cafe will probably start :slight_smile: dunno if this should be in Rlgn maybe?

I didnt mean to talk degrading to her, but she s so stubborn sometimes and often doesn t see the obvious things :smack:

Everything happens with HIS will :) so one should say INshaAllah.

and I dont believe in destiny like what the guppy said :)
I will fight for everyting and not wait for destiny come by and drop me a bag of cash every day :)

or wait for death as she puts it :) it s just a real pessimistic way of looking to life

well if she says this every time then im sure it wuld tick n.e. one off

but yes she is right that death is what we can not hold back and who knows if Inshallah will or will not make a difference. that is why we are supposed to say Inshallah meanin if Allah(swt) wills or not, eventhough everything has been decided obviously you dono wut will happen.

it's all on Allah(swt), life is unexpected anything can happen at any moment. and saying InshAllah will not hurt neither will you lose anything by saying it so in a way she is right but also wrong :)

^^ Ditto. InshAllah simply means "God willingly"... It just assures that whatever happens, happens for good by Allah's will :) It sort of refreshes your faith/eeman..
