I have heard that somehow this ghazal is cursed, i.e the poet died soon after writing it. Amanat Ali Khan died days before he was
to sing it on PTV and consequently his son asad amanat ali had to sing it, and that is
the most heartbreaking ghazal sung by him.
any truths?
