Do you insert them after you’ve applied your eye makeup or before? If i’m going to be wearing contacts I insert them before I start doing any makeup.

I cant do this myself. I have to ask someone else, and i do that before makeup.

You're suppose to put them in before, and if they're prescripted, then it'd make more sense to, that way you'll be able to see what you're doing.

Before but I have gotten kajal or eyeliner on them a couple of times. Nothing some eye drops or blinking can't fix though!

And if the eye make up is ever messed, and you rub your eyes, uh, that feels 'heavenly':D

Always before....unless its for cosmetic purposes, then it would make sense to put them on after, like marwah said.
