I get freaked out if I see any type of bugs in the house .. specially spiders , ants or flying insects …
What would you recommend I do to keep the bugs away.. specially the doors leading to the backgarden and the front garden .. should i spread some insecticide powder close to the skirting ? or in the corners and nooks of the home?
Is it going to be dangerous in any way ? we dont have kids in the home , so we dont have any worry on that front .. Any other options I can keep in mind?

oh god please don't use any un necessary chemicals, esp if you have kids at home, try and see what kinds of bugs are frequent visitors to your house and look up natural ways to keep them out.

for example for ants you can use powder cinnamon, for cockroaches put bay leaves in the closets and kitchen cabnits etc...good the natural ways of getting rid of the bugs you will find tons of info

When the spring starts I spray Ortho Home Defense all around the house following the directions . That keeps all them critters at bay. Try it this spring.
The secret is to keep them out when they are out already. Once they are in the home you have to seek professional help to get rid of them and then use Ortho Home Defense.
