Where are the authorities ? What are they doing ? Who should the common man turn to ?
Not all hospital waste is infected. All around the world hospital waste is recycled. Perhaps there should be some kind of regulation in which highly infectious material be separated from all other waste.
If the infected material is incinerated at 121 degree centigrade the infectious material is no longer a hazard.
There is problem of containing the smoke from incinerators too.
Then next problem is dumping the waste and that requires a piece of land. There is problem of dumping the waste in to sea.

Anyhow, strict regulations are to be made to monitor waste disposal and recycling.
But IK is worried about Maulana Sahab and vice versa, as an example.
