What concerns me is the plastic water bottles. Are they being reused? If yes, how many times (each day being one time)? After n number of reuses, are they being recycled?

If boiling these bottles or in some cases just washing them with a cheap detergent is called recycling, then yes these plastic bottles are recycled.
