So we all know our country has gone through a lot of errm not so gr8 politicians

if as a citizen of pakistan were given the power to bring about any change whatsoever and were given the resources to do so

what change would u bring as a citizen of pakistan what is the one thing u think needs the most attention and how would u go about bringing the necessary change to that ONE thing

so my dear fellow pakistani martin luther king junior what is YOUR dream for OUR country

ummmmmmmmm... I'd say reform the law and order instruments... the biggest source of all our problems is the outdated police model and extremely inefficient judiciary.... Both of which add to the oppression and misery of the common Pakistani.....

Line up all the Politicians. Torture them till they give the details were all the looted money is. Put a bullet through each one of their heads after we have the money back in the State bank.

Ban use of u, pass laws to require each sentence begins with a capital letter, ban words with ALL CAPS, and limit use of .......

Stop being a lapdog of the powers that be and put ourselves on the International map not just as some backwater little state but as a real powerhouse that will tand up for the rights of good people and challenge anyone who threatens to upset the peace of our people.

Basically if it was up to me I’d put the country on a war footing and start literally cutting out all those who have brought our nation to its knees… let them know what the law is and make sure everyone knows the law. If somone does not like the universall law then let them face its long arms. :faris:

I would take all the laptops away form shabaz-sharif, install all king of openSource(free)
software on them, all creative kind of software, science, engineering, arts, tooling, physics

and give it to madrissa kids. I will give them lots of white boards, lots of printers.
And I would train them to use each others work across the country.

Those kids are the one who could dedicate their life to some discipline with out thinking about financial benefits.

If I am allowed to do second thing, I would slap shabaz-sharif before leaving. :D

End corruption violently, or peacefully. The laws are there, if people just start enforcing them then things will change. Education and tax reform would come second.

I would also have paid informants in the military, promising them promotions in return for outing their commanders if and when they plan the inevitable coup. Then I would have the plotters hanged (after being condemned by a jury of their peers of course) for conspiracy.

Its not just the politicians..... the generals and the bureaucrats are equally guilty of looting and plundering this nation's assets..
